My perspective on food changed forever after my diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes and high blood pressure. That was my true “wake-up moment.” I vividly remember the feeling of being told all the things I couldn't eat. The joy I once found in food was suddenly replaced by fear.

I refused to accept that.

With a background in Computer Science, I decided to treat my body like a data project. I dove into nutritional science and sports physiology to find a solution that didn't just “manage” my condition, but helped me thrive.

This journey expanded as I tackled sustainable weight loss. I wasn’t just dealing with numbers on a scale; I faced chronic back pain and joint issues from years of sedentary living. I didn't just read about these methods; I lived them. By integrating Low-Carb principles, the DASH diet, and metabolic-focused exercise, I achieved results that changed my life:
